Heidi Montag Breast Reduction (Watch Operating Room Video)

Heidi Montag has gone under the plastic surgeon's knife for a dramatic breast reduction.

Heidi, who had a major surgical transformation in 2009, claims she made the decision to have her F-cup implants removed after they led to health problems.

"I do regret getting the implants," Montag, 27, revealed to "Entertainment Tonight."





The former "Hills" star explained since her boob job, she has suffered from spinal and muscular damage in her back, neck and arms, making her life a living "nightmare."

Heidi opted to have the F-cups replaced with D-cups in a five-hour operation that cost $22,000!
