Demi Lovato Debuts "Neon Lights" Music Video

Demi Lovato has premiered her "Neon Lights" music video.

Lovato, 21, performed for the first time the upbeat track on TV at "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno".

"Neon Lights" is the third single from her self-titled fourth album.

The video features partying, dancing and of course neon lights.
